Ingredients

4 All Beef Hot Dogs*

4 hot dog buns

2 oz. shaved pastrami

4 thin slices swiss cheese

3 oz. sauerkraut

Russian Dressing

1/2 cup mayonnaise

1/2 cup chile sauce

1 t. smoked hot paprika**

1 T. prepared horseradish

1 t. pimientos (canned or jarred)

1 t. worchestershire sauce

10 small chives, chopped

* I used Oscar Meyer Classic All Beef Hot Dogs as they were voted best commercial dog on several different sites

**You can use regular paprika if you don’t have smoked hot

Instructions

Russian Dressing

Combine all ingredients in a blender, food processor, bullet, etc and pulse until smooth. Boom! Done.

Preparation

Grill your hot dog to your liking. Grill your sliced pastrami to your liking, or just warm wrapped in foil in the oven for 10 minutes).

Place a slice of cheese in each bun(nice to grill these face down on the grill too!), followed by the dogs. Top with your pastrami, then your sauerkraut and drizzle with your Russian dressing.
